Planning
We begin with what you’ve already built. We’ll review your plans, contracts, budget, and vendor team, identify what’s still needed, and take the lead on the remaining planning and design from there.
One Month Out
We bring everything, including the pieces planned before we joined, under one roof. We connect with your full vendor team, confirm details and logistics, build the timeline, and make sure everyone is working from the same plan.
Wedding Day
Our team oversees setup and design installation, manages your full vendor team and timeline, handles the behind-the-scenes details, and carries the plan through the end of the celebration.

We’re with you from the first decisions, establishing the budget and priorities, sourcing your venue, building your vendor team, developing the design, and managing the details as the celebration takes shape.
One Month Out
With the planning already in our hands, this is when everything starts coming together. We finalize details with your vendor team, confirm logistics, build the wedding-day timeline, and make sure every piece is accounted for.
Wedding Day
We oversee setup and design installation, manage vendors and the timeline, troubleshoot behind the scenes, and keep the day moving so you and your guests can simply enjoy it.
